GAC with 7 people

My daughter has significant, global delays and we always get a GAC while WDW. The cast members are fantastic with her and we love going.

My family of 5 (wife, DD, DD, DS, and me) would like to take my parents (ages 76 and 74 but in good health) on our next trip. However, that would make 7 of us (4 adults and 3 kids). What is the chance of Guest Relations granting us a GAC for our party of 7? Would we have to split up instead?

They can make exceptions in situations like yours. You just have to explain why you need the exception. If you had a group of 14, no way, but they are likly to give an exception for 7.

There are attractionso where you will be asked to split up - usually when a ride car holds only 6 ( Toy Story Mania), when the waiting area is very small or if it is already full.
So, just be prepared that if the CM asks you to split that there is a good reason and you will need to split so no party is larger than 6.
