GAC on lanyard

My child will be in a wheelchair for our upcoming DL trip due to a broken ankle. I will be asking or a GAC card for times when trying to stretch her legs, but primarily she will be in the chair.

I am thinking that it might be easiest to get a pouch to attach to her lanyard. Can anyone tell me the dimensions of the card?

It is about the size of a 3 by 5 inch index card.

I remember some people posting years ago, that they found the exact size, in a pouch/bag made for hunting licenses. I guess they found something at a hunting store, sometimes hunters have to carry or wear their licenses? (I know nothing about hunting).

We put ours in a quart size ziploc bag. I saw people wearing them at Disneyland, clipped to their shirts. (never saw this at WDW). But they would only flash it at the CMs there, and not take it off. At WDW they seem to read them more. (just my observations)

Fishing license holders.

They do generally read it at WDW. I don't like DD's out and visible except when we actually need to show it, so carry it in a ziplock bag in a pocket of my purse ( a flat pocket).

For my son, We use a clear pouch lanyard made by "Magellan", purchased from Academy Sports in the Houston area. We do hafta fold the card, but unless they've done away with the "card stock" style of GAC, it isn't a problem to fold it.

I put my kiddos in a clear holder that I clip to the inside of my crossbody bag and pull out when needed; the cms do read it but are able to inside the holder
