Gac card

Hi! We haven't been to WDW since last year. Is the GAC card different? If you still have the same concerns, they are accomadated, right?

Also in the past we have needed the stroller as a wheel chair sticker. I am hoping not to need that this time. If we don't ask for it and then find we need it can it be adjusted?
