Gabriel at MGM Guest Relations...

Gabriel, you're our hero. If anyone on here knows him, please PLEASE get him to post on here. I have a photo I really want him to have. I went into Guest Relations just to vent, from frustration about constant character misinformation. (8 days of following CM directions to find Meeko). I was calm, but certainly wanted to be heard. Gabriel ("representing Brazil") listened, which instantly deflated my frustration. He went above and beyond, seeking more accurate info for us. Went even MORE above and beyond setting up a magical Fantasmic! experience for us.


...and most impressive of all, came to Fantasmic! himself, to escort us to an even more magical moment.

It's hard to express just how huge this was to us.
