Gaaaah...August airfares

Did you look into flying into Tampa? This August we are doing LGA to TPA for $183 pp. It was worth the 50 min drive! Good luck. I booked back at the end of april (on Delta).

I was able to score a 145pp rt from Richmond, Va to Orlando in August. Flying down on Airtran and back on Jetblue. We are doing carryons so no baggage fees

Wow 145RT is amazing! My flight down on USAir is at $371 pp. Not paying that! I have the option to take Allegiant direct to Sanford for $99 per person, I might just do that & pay the $150 for the car service. Problem is they don't fly down the day my ressie starts, and there are no rooms available where we're staying the night before. But it will still come out cheaper to go down on Allegiant, pay the $150 transfer & stay the 1st night somewhere else. I do have enough Starwood points for a free night at Swan/Dolphin, so I'm thinking it will be that! Hmmmm....$450 to go a day earlier & stay at S/D the 1st night, or almost $1200 to fly the day I want...seems like a no brainer to me but I need to let it sink in!
