FYI- Sending invitation to Mickey & Minnie

I'm not sure if everyone knows this but if you didn't know about or didn't send an invitation to Mickey & Minnie before your wedding and receive your personalized autographed photo-- its not too late. DH and I got married mid-November and I sent mine off in January. I received mine back a few weeks later! Its not too late!!

And they are so cute and worth getting!!

just send one of your wedding invites to their california address--- i dony have it but hopefully someone can post it below

I received mine a few weeks ago. The envelope said, "Disneyland"....I thought, What in the WORLD am I getting from DISNEYLAND?!?? I've never been there before!! :rotfl: So I open it and inside is not only an autographed picture from Mickey and Minnie but ALSO a "Just Married" Disneyland button (the one with Cinderella and Prince Charming on it)!!!! :)

Maybe they sent it to me because I put "see you soon" on the inner envelope!! Who knows!!! :rotfl: :confused3 I still like it, though!!!!

Yeah they do give you the Disneyland just married button-- i would save it! Get you one at WDW too. They look identical but instead say WDW on it. Ive kept mine-- who knows they may stop making them one day! :confused3

Is this only for Disney brides or can you send them an invitation to your hometown wedding?

I am definitely not a Disney Bride....just a Disneymooner......so yeah go for it and send one in!!!!!

do you think 8 months is too long past?...because now i really want one too :p

I dont think they even read the things!! Im sure you cuold send a birthday invite and they would send you one saying happy birthday!

does anyone know how long it takes to get a response? my cousin is getting married April 21, so if i send out an invitation tomorrow should i get the picture back by then?

It did take about a month for my response to come back in the mail. I mailed out the invites at the beginning of February....like the 10th or something....and my response came in at the beginning of March. It's worth a shot!! If it doesn't come in in time for the wedding, then they'll have a nice surprise when they return from their honeymoon!! :)

I got mine today! I'm so excited it came before the wedding! I had completely forgotten about it until I saw the Disneyland envelope.

My future MIL is doing our rehearsal dinner in Mickey and I can't wait until she sees it!

Hooray!
