Just thought I'd post a little reminder for those who may not have seen that right now is a good time to buy Park Hopper Plus Passes at the Disney Store. You get a discount through the Disney Club, which expires at the end of the year. And if you use your Disney Credit Card for the purchase before Dec 24, you get triple the reward point, this also goes for online and catalog purchases.

Of course this post is probably "Preaching to the Choir," but every post brings me closer to becoming a DIS vet ;) .

Does anyone know if you can buy passes at the Disney Store online site? I can't seem to find a link there.

I couldn't find a link either. So I drove to the Disney Store to buy mine today (about a 30 minutes drive). Went straight to the register and bought 3 annual passes and 2 7 day park hopper plus tickets with my brand new Disney Visa. When it rang up ($1800--gulp) they were told to verify by calling. They tried, but no one recognized my card # 2 times--no luck. So then the manager suggested ringing it up in 3 transactions due to the amount. We tried that and got a "DECLINED" in front of a ton of people:o . I walked to my car, called the card # who told me that everything was OK. Back to the store. Ring up again, "declined" I am seeing red now!! Called back to BankOne who finally put me thru to security. They finally got it to go through. What should have taken 10 minutes, took 1 hour, but I finally got it done.

I too have been "embarassed" by Bank One. Their security department is extremely aware of your activities. Any time I have mutiple transactions in one day my Card starts to be declined. When I call they make me verify every transaction to make sure no one has stolen my card. I know it is for my protection but it is still a hassle and an embarassing event. The weird thing is that they "security" often don't call for several days. I always call as soon as the "event" takes place.

trstno1, I don't believe that you can purchase park passes through the Disney Store online.

You have to go to the DisneyWorld.com site, and click on tickets and reservations.

I picked up my 7 Day Plus on Saturday.
I have no idea when I'm going but I'll be ready.
I also picked up $100.00 Disney dollars.
Triple Points!!!
