FYI for those booking the Poly

We haven't received a confirmation yet.

At the time we called, the availability tool was showing the month of July as fully available. MS, however, said there was no availability. We wait listed for our 2 nights, and it came through overnight.

We never received an email either. We decided to move from AKV to Poly. We didnt necessarily need the 1 bedroom we had booked (its just my husband & I going) and we figured it would be fun to check out since we wouldn't stay in a studio when our son comes with us.

I did not receive and e-mail but the cast member who helped us told me the e-mail confirmation might be delayed. I wrote down my confirmation and was able to link the room reservation to MDE. I'm not worried about magic band, I had recently made another reservation and the magic band customization page showed up a couple days later, plus I have other magic bands from prior trips.

I called in and they said that I have a ticket open on it and it's a known issue and that if I don't see it by my 60 day mark to call back. I've got some time, my 60 day mark isn't until June, but I would hope they would have it fixed before then since people will start showing up in April.

Indeed.... I hate the idea of showing up with nothing but a reservation number and some paper tickets.

Our Poly stay is the second part of our split stay, so we'll have bands from the first part of the trip that should work, but it's always neat to get a new band.

Yes. I have received my confirmation and the book. We still have time before our June trip.

Yes we just got book but no magic band on MDE yet.

We have reservations May 8-13. We switched resorts from SSR so I was able to personalize Magic bands before we switched. When we switched to Poly DVC, the old bands are there but one person I added after doesn't show up so I can't personalize hers. I got email confirmation right away.

I'd call in to 407-939-4357 since you are so close to your trip. You may have to have them sent to the resort rather than your house, but you should still be able to personalize them and not get the grey ones.
