Make sure to double check your receipts. I used the app on my phone for the coupon and my $5 rewards certificate. The debit machine showed the lower total when I swiped my card and I did a quick glance at the receipt outside while my kids were putting on their shoes seeing the BOGO discounts. When I got home I went to put the receipt away and went over it again, the total did not show the 20% or $5 certificate. $40 more than what I should have been charged. Went online to check my account and sure enough they'd taken the full amount out. I called and the girl said she remembered me and to ask for her when I came back in but when I got there she was on break. My teen is convinced she was skimming but I don't know how she'd get the machine to show the discounted price if she was. I think it was more the digital coupons didn't stick. Anyway, I did get my money back but they wouldn't put it back in my account, they'd only give me cash. Long story short go over the receipt right then. I know better than not to but seeing it on the machine made me think we were all good.
