We have read that you are not allowed to drive around in your car in the campground once you are set up . My question is this: we have a daughter in a wheelchair, are we not allowed to drive around to places or do we have to wait on a bus? Do they even have accessable busses ? Thanks

All the busses are wheelchair accessible and the only parking spots would be at Meadow Trading Post or Reception Outpost.

If you wish to drive around the campground to site see, go at it. I have never seen a car stopped by security.

You can drive around but there are FEW places to park. The best way to get around is to use the VERY wheelchair accessible buses.

The only placed I have ever seen to park within FW was:

  • About 6 spaces at the Meadows Trading Post
  • Empty campsites
  • The front lot(s) at the reception outpost.

There is also about 3 parking spaces at the laundry and small pool. And one car per cabin.
