FW Campground MAIL

I'm really PO'd now!!! it's been two weeks since our visit to Disney's FW campground sent a postcard to Dad in Pa. and he has not gotten it yet??? (2 weeks) mailed it at the one OutPost store there was a note on the box hanging on the outside wall may take two extra days but Come on 2 WEEKS!!! where the H--- is my postcard???? I even ask at the store if the mail was picked up every day and he said yes, by us we take it in everyday to the post office, Well Really???
