FW cabins and where to put your stuff

We are thinking of sharing a cabin with my parents. Just wondering where the people who sleep on the Murphy Bed put all of their things? Is there a dresser in the living area or do they keep them in the bedroom? Is there a closet in the main area? Thanks for the info.

Hi the4moores,

I think you'll love the cabins. We just returned from our 1st time at Ft.W cabins. We stayed for a week(FTP). The cabin is a lot bigger than I imagined.

The murphy bed is in the living area, there are 2 countertops with closed(large) cabinets under them. There is also cabinet under the tv. In the kitchen there is a pantry.

The is alot of space under the vanity in the very large bathroom.

The bedroom has 2 counters, a set of 4 drawers(good size, not large) and an open closet.

Those photos look like the cabin we stayed in back in 1992 ... the cabin we stayed in last summer had the kitchen/living area switched and the bedroom had a built in dressers. Here's a link to my daughter's scrapbook page showing the cabin:

Okay ... just went back and realized I was looking at photos of the Wilderness Homes, not the Wilderness cabins ... we stayed in a "home" in 1992 and "cabin" in 2002, but I've always called them both "cabins"
