On our last trip we stayed at the Boardwalk and went into Epcot for a couple of hours the day we got there. Headed in around 6, got a couple of fast pass rides out of the way, with a (great) dinner at the Garden Grill in between.
We also walked into Epcot a couple of times just to watch Illuminations (hung out at the bridge between UK and France).
I was hoping to do the same next time, but am a bit concerned since our next trip may be sometime during Food & Wine, and we will likely be getting there a Friday or Saturday.
I understand Epcot gets very crowded at night during F&W, especially on weekends. Is that limited to the World Showcase or does it spill into Future World? What kind of crowds should I expect on my trek from Boardwalk to Future World and once I'm there?
Also, what about doing Illuminations at the bridge between UK and France during F&W?
