Future World Closing Times ??

I think I read where the attractions in future world at Epcot do not close until 9pm that the restaurants and shops close at 7p. Is this correct?

Future World Attractions are open until 9pm. The shops are open until the park closes because I have been in there many times on my way out after illuminations!

Innoventions I believe also closes at 7. We waited until late in the evening to get in and they were closed at 7, but I don't know if that is all year, we tend to go in the off season.

Some attractions stay open and some close at 7PM. When I was there at Christmas Dh and MIL were going on soarin with fastpasses and I was going to take dd (3) and ds (8 mos) on the living with the land boat ride. We went to get in line (it was just 7PM) and we were the very first ones they turned away. It was our fault for not timing it better but I felt so bad for dd who was so upset that she was told she couldn't go on the ride and cried so loudly that I think everyone in the building heard her. She also had been sick the whole beginning of the trip and was just finally feeling better and actually wanted to ride the rides, so it was an added disappointment.

The point of this is not that "how awful that they wouldn't let us ride"like I said, it was our fault for poor planning) but to be aware that some things in future world do close at 7PM and if there is something you really want to do, check earlier in the day to confirm the closing time of the attraction that you are interested in.

Mouse Gear is definitely open until 9:00 and even later - all the better to get that last dollar out of you, my pretty!

When you get to Epcot, get a time schedule. That will tell you the attractions that have a different schedule from the normal one. Innoventions does close at 7:00. There is a sign indicating that on it's doors.

I don't know the exact attractions that are open until 9:00 so I won't comment except to say that we've been exiting from Illuminations about 9:30 and Test Track is still going around. But I'm assuming (and you know what happens when you assume) that they aren't taking anyone else into the line but processing the ones that were in line at 9:00.

I went in May of 2007 and all the attraction in Future world closed at 7pm, but all the shops were open until closing.

Contrary to what is posted (even AT Disney World) about Epcot FW "closing" at 7pm,
every night of the year (not just on EMH nights) many FW attractions do NOT close at 7pm,
but continue to allow entrance to the queues until IllumiNations begins (9pm.)

The attractions that remain open include
Soarin',
Mission: Space,
Test Track,
Spaceship Earth, and
The Seas with Nemo and Friends.
