Future Stay. Sold out resort. (CSR)

We tried booking CSR for 9/9/2007 - 9/16/2007 and told there was nothing available at this time.

boy I would try again, that is a long way's out. And it is after the kids go back to school....I wonder if there is a HUGE convention..

We tried Aug 22-Aug 30 and were told the same thing. CSR is the Disney convention hotel an dthe CM said there could be a ocnvention booked then and they are holding rooms for it. It is possible rooms will open up as the booking date for the convention passes.

In general, around the States, August, September and October are high convention months.

Dang! I was waiting until January to book our Sept 4th-14th trip to CSR!! I wonder if there will be rooms available w/o the free dining (bounceback) discount? But then if free dining is offered to the public I wonder if CSR would be sold out again? Dang!!

On Monday, we were able to book CSR with the Future Stay promotion for 9/29/07 - 10/5/07.

CSR- If this is Coronado Springs....I just checked the Disney site and they showed rooms for those dates I would check again.

Right, but that's at the rack rates. I'm not able to take advantage of the Bounceback program offered now, so if the free dining is offered to the public again, I may not be able to have free dining & stay at CSR. Only so many rooms are available at the certain discounts & looks like the dates I want to stay there the free dining is not available (at least for the Bounceback discount).

I'll book my trip in January at rack rates & if free dining becomes available, I'll see if I can still get a room at CSR...if not, we'll have to decide...free dining & stay at another resort or pay for dining & stay at CSR. Either is fine w/me as I'll be at Disney!!

I'm hoping Disney is only allowing so many rooms for the discount for the Bounceback program & then releasing some more rooms for the free dining to the general public this spring!!
