So our cruise was officially cancelled this morning 😭 the email we were sent states that the FCC is automatically added to our account. Is there a way to view this online or do we have to call to ā€œseeā€ it?

Same situation here. I called to find out my FCC and while I was on hold, booked a new cruise for June 2021. When I finally talked to someone, he gave me all of the numbers and transferred my FCC to my just-made reservation.

If you want you can pull up and old email with your reservation info on it..... take just your voyage fare and add on 25%.... they will automatically have started refunding you your tax, port , and if you prepaid grats back to you.... I’ve already been through this 2x with Disney for my March and May cruises

Did you get the FCC twice? We were canceled in March and now have been canceled in May. We were told we cannot get the FCC credit again...even though we had to pay more for our May cruise.

Did you book the May cruise on its own/have two reservations? Or did you rebook the first cancellation for the May cruise?

did they give u the extra 25 on the money u paid out of pocket

i am expecting our cruise now to be cancelled again and seems unfair if I’m not getting the 125% on the extra 1000 I paid for the new cruise

Rebooked our March cancellation to May

I guess that makes sense then... it would have been nice for them to give 25% extra on the difference, but perhaps they are unwilling to as that would encourage people to gamble with rolling reservations.

Well seems a bit unfair , I paid a extra 1000 out of pocket for the second cruise I re booked. Not getting the 125% of my cruise if it's cancelled

But you DID get 125% of the first cruise you cancelled which you applied to the new cruise. If they allow you another 25% on top of that it wouldn't be fair to DCL either. People would definitely abuse it (which I do not in any way think was your plan). When you booked the first cruise you were caught very much unawares, the second perhaps less so.

I can understand u don't get a extra 25 percent on top of the first one but if it's money coming out of pocket then it should surly be given on that

Many people could have booked a cruise last minute for May and abused it.

Mine got cancelled in April and I thought sept would be good to go. Now I don't think we will

When they send me the email saying u get a 125 cruise credit or refund well it's not really true as there not giving me the 125 on the extra 1000 out of pocket. I no some other cruise lines that are giving 125 of your newly booked cruise if cancelled

Will DCL at least allow you to apply 100% of the more recently cancelled cruise fare to another cruise? If not, I assume the "full" refund would revert back to only what you paid for the very first cancelled cruise? I am in a similar (and alas figurative) boat. My cruise was one of the "150%" cancelled cruises from March. I rebooked for 8/1/20 thinking I was safe, but now believe they will probably cancel that one too eventually. If it cancels, I would like to at least roll this newer cruise $ to some future cruise in order the preserve my original 150% benefit.

That email states "the original voyage fare" which in your case was the original cruise, not the rebooked one. It also says you are responsible for any extra fare AND that guests who have already received an FCC are not eligible for an additional FCC. While its not the kindest policy, I do feel like they covered their bases here.*

*I am not a lawyer, and Disney has certainly broken their own rules to make it right by the customer, so you can try to get them to give you the extra $250 on top of what they have already given you towards another cruise.

So are they giving u another 15 months to book still from the second cruise that was booked

No...that's all we really wanted was the additional 25% of what we paid out of pocket. But...I get it...if our June 20th gets canceled then we will have to get a refund. My wife and I are both teachers and I coach football and wrestling. We are hearing that we will get to be with our guys starting July 6th.

Honestly I'm not sure... it does say that if you are ultimately unable to cruise they will refund the original fare amount, but that you have 15 months to use it. I would imagine they'd rather just rebook you (and would certainly continue to use the full 150% promised plus any extra you'd already put towards the next cruise).

Are they starting the 15 months to use it by again from May cruise and not march

Again from the same email: "to be used for a future sailing within 15 months of your original sail date" says to me from the original sailing, not the new one. But if they keep on cancelling cruises they may (honestly SHOULD imo) relax that time frame.
