Further Hotel Discounts

Hi everyone!

The only time I've stayed on property in recent memory, it fell into the timeframe of the current hotel discount that's being offered.

Now we have a little later trip planned, along with a DLH stay. I realize it's all speculation, but does anyone who pays attention to these things think there's a chance of a later hotel discount? Or does Halloweentime pretty much knock that plan out of the running?

Going from past discounts there is usually one offered for dates starting the last week of October, but never before. Halloweentime has become increasingly popular each year. Combine that with all the holidays, fall breaks, and a few special events such as the choc walk and gay days, they really don't need to offer discounts.

I believe Gay Days is the first weekend in October. I think they offer discounts on tickets and rooms. You don`t have to be gay but you do have to register with them to access their website promos. Dapper Days this year is Nov 5. You can get discounts for rooms and admission for the week before thru the week after that date. I found theirs to be the best discount . Better hurry . They sell out fast.

Thanks for the the info! I'll keep my fingers crossed for the last week of the month code. We're booked either way for DLH--I'm just hoping to save a few bucks. It's our honeymoon, so any savings will just go to some other experience!
Thanks for the Dapper Day tip--I checked their deal earlier, but it's only for standard rooms.
