Furry catamaran Sold Out?!!??!

My husband and I deceided to do the Furry catamaran excursion in Cozumel after reading all the posts here. We sail on the 10/23 western. I tried to make the reservation last night only to be told it was "sold out". When I called a week ago with questions the CM told me this one never sells out. Do additional spots usually open up, and if not any other reccomendations for snorkeling excursions on the western?

I have never heard this. They actually added a second boat for the number of DCL passengers that wanted to go on the snorkel, sail and beach excursion when we went July 8. We booked it that morning! It was very awesome and I hope you get in. I would keep checking and also check onboard.

Also, be sure to check with the Shore Excursions desk as soon as you get on the ship and if it's not available, the morning you arrive in Cozumel. Sometimes people change their mind and cancel.

On the October 16 Western, there had two boats, for a total of 230 guests. This was a great excursion, so I can understand why it would get filled. I'll reiterate what others have said, keep asking.

An alternative might be to contact Fury directly, although it looks like this excursion leaves the same time the Magic docks.

Like everyone else said, keep checking everyday or so and go to the excursion desk as soon as possible when you sail. We thought that this was the best excursion of our cruise. The whole family had loads of fun!
