My DD1 (3.5 years) was soooo enthralled during our recent (first) trip to DLRP. She asks almost every day when we are going to return etc.... :goodvibes

Today we were chatting and this was the conversation which I thought was funny and cute - hope you don't mind me sharing :lovestruc

DD1 - Mummy I'd like to eat Princess food every day...
Me - OK, so what is Princess food...
DD1 - Eggs (she loves them!) and candy floss....
Me - Ooh that's a bit of a strange combination - anything else?
DD1 - And Cinderella's slippers - white chocolate ones like the one I had at Cinderella's hotel (meaning Auberge de Cendrillon)

How sweet! Out of the mouths of babes :wizard: I find it extraordinary at her age that she has recalled and related something from our trip into every day since we've been back (a month now!).

If that isn't 'magic' then I don't know what is :lovestruc  I think it's such a lovely place for young and old(er) alike :cloud9:

Aaahh, that's really sweet :)

DD is still talking about our trip too. I volunteer in her class once a week and during Show & Tell she stood up and did a little speech about how she had lunch with the princesses and one kid sighed and said "we've heard this....". The substitute teacher asked "have you told the class this before then?" and they all groaned and said in a weary voice "yeeessss....." :)

My DD (also 3.5) regularly talks about 'when' we go back to DLRP, to the 'Princess Cafe'. She is particularly impressed when people say she has got taller because it means she might stand a chance of getting on BTM. How she would feel about BTM when actually on it I have no idea.:rotfl:

Aww thanks for your replies :goodvibes I was a little dubious about posting this but it did tug at my heartstrings and was about Disney so I wanted to share :lovestruc

Tinkjon - that's sooo funny - bless her. I bet the other kids are just envious

Britchic - I think my DD would love BTM actually - but no way she's going on it for a while :lmao: They do seem to love Auberge don't they - best money we've ever spent I think :lovestruc

oh so sweet. i cant wait to take my boys.... come rain or shine I am determined to make it the most magical time ever!

Awww bless her:lovestruc . We too enjoyed Auberge very much. I think it was just all worth it not having to queue up for ages outside to see the Princesses for a matter of seconds. My two really enjoyed it as well. DD got to see Cinderella (her favourite at the time) and DS got to see Suzy & Perla. He couldn't/wouldn't leave them alone lol.
