Steak Sauce and also hot sauce has always been a dilemma to me. If you don't like the actual flavor of something then why eat it. One would save a lot of money just covering a bland slice of bread with those sauces and it would be the same experience for a whole lot less.

So one shouldn't use ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, tartar sauce? How about salt and pepper? BBQ sauce? Does this apply to drinks too? No sugar/milk/cream in coffee?

Sauce/seasoning is intended to work with the natural flavor of something. Of course if you use too much you could be overpowering the other flavors, but used correctly it is not a problem. Personally, I would never drench a steak in A1 (unless it was terrible), but a nice marinade with a similar flavor profile I wouldn't find objectionable.

Not a meme from me but a picture I took yesterday. Stopped by a McD's for a coffee. Their marquee sign out front struck me as funny. We all know the McD's round up to the next dollar for the Ronald McDonald House effort. Just as a sometimes gardener (mostly years pas), the sign sort of struck me. I think it best to leave the signs by the registers or the pay page on the app/kiosk.
