Not from my son, but my niece. It happened about 12 yrs. ago, when she was 4, and Beauty & the Beast was still a relatively new movie. We did not yet have children at the time, and didn't make a habit of going to see the latest Disney flicks. I had found a nice dress set on sale during the summer, and had bought it to keep for her for Christmas; it was powder blue, sleeveless with a scoop neck, and included a white blouse. My thought was that she could wear it with or without the blouse, and get more wear out of it.
On Christmas, she opened that box and just started screaming at the top of her lungs, "It's Belle's dress, it's Belle's dress!" My DH and I looked at one another and tried to figure out what the deal was; we were totally clueless. My sister then pulled us into her daughter's room to see the gazillion posters of Belle that were plastered all over it, and of course, in nearly every one of them, she was wearing a dress nearly identical to the one my niece had just opened.
Everyone in the family still remembers the infamous "Belle's Dress" Christmas, when the childless aunt & uncle scored the most-thrilled kid award without even trying!
