I've been twice, and both were absolutely hysterical.
The first time, I had no clue what to expect, but my friend, whom I was dining with, had been there many times before. So immediately, she sets me up for everything. Cell phone, elbows on the table, not setting the table ourselves, all of the above. It really got me though, when we finished our meals. I had the fried chicken and it had come with green beans and onions. I dislike green beans, and can't stand onions, so I forced myself to eat some of the greens, but completely avoided all the onions.

My friend did the exact same thing, but she knew what was coming. While our waiter wasn't looking, she pushed everything on to my plate. However, when I tried to do the same to her, I got caught. Our "cousin" made me stand up against the wall, holding a napkin with my nose, and repeat that I was "A naughty girl," to the whole restaurant.

Thing is, when I tried to get her caught for some of the stuff, I then had to repeat that I wouldn't be a tattle tale.
The second time I was a bit wiser, and ordered only food I would eat, but out server had plenty of stuff to come up with. We were also some of the last people in the restaurant, so our server had some extra time with us. I was with my roommates, and our guy friends, one who was new, and to all of us girls, was very
interesting. He was completely oblivious, but our server wasn't, and kept making jokes about us girls all swooning over this guy. When we got there she had also given us some crayons, making jokes about how "us youngins needed something to do," (Our youngest was 19) so she expected us to make her some pretty pictures. She ended up sitting down with us and chatting, teasing my friends and I about just about everything. We all got up and danced to The Twist or something like that. We had a ball.
It might have helped that every single one of us were also CMs, so when we were literally the only people left, she teased us even more. One of my friends has a very mild allergy to onions. Nothing too bad, but of course, as an allergy, it came up when she was ordering. When the lady brought out our dinner, she pulled my friend's chair (with her in it) our of its spot, and to a whole new table. Because the plate of the person sitting 4 down had onions on it. "We don't need to be sending you to the ER tonight dear. That always seems to happen during our little family reunions....."
