>> Funniest Overheard Comments Part II <<

I can't give an exact quote because I didn't hear it. While we were at Epcot, my sister heard a girl ask when St. Patrick's day was, wondering if it was this weekend. The guy she was with said "I think it's in April." :shamrock:

This woman was walking past and she was saying how her a** was as big as the ride. :rotfl: I don't remember what ride it was but now its an inside joke in my family.

Here's a funny comment (or at least I think it is!!) said by me!!:rolleyes1 I found this comment when I was watching our non-edited Disney home movie. My brother and I were walking into the AK with the Tree of Life in our view. Here is how our conversation went:

Bro: Do you notice how green the leaves are on the tree?
Me: Yep
Bro: Well that is because the leaves are fake!
Me: Tyler the tree is NOT fake, the tree is really!
Bro: How come yesterday you said it was fake?:scared:
Me: I never said that

Then we argued over if I had really said that or not. I can't imagine the looks we got from people during this conversation. Don't know if that was funny to you guys, but I thought it was!!

Every time that I am at Disney, I hear a newbie say something that makes me laugh. Here is my one from this week... I was heading into Soarin with my FP. The standby had a wait time of 85 minutes. As I was walking up, a lady walks up to the CM by the entrance and asks " Is that wait time 85 secs?" :rotfl2:

I would think about that periodically during my trip and just crack up!!

holy cow that's funny! mine is kinda sad, but still. in epcot a lady was dragging her (had to be) 3 or 4 yr old son by the arm and telling him "you think this vacation is all about YOU?"

i said to the dw "yeah, it is, he's FOUR!"

Our family will never forget the angry lady at the bus stop at ASMv. There was already a small group of us waiting on the bus at the marked bus stop. This lady walks up and already has a bad attitude and is holding a small child. She tried to get on the bus at the door for wheelchairs....that has a big sign that says for wheelchairs only...as the door was closing! :scared1:

Her brilliant quote "That's the third time today that's happened!!!!"

About a third of the bus yells back "It's the wheelchair only door!!!" Some yell "Learn to read!!"
And some older women yelled at the bus driver. The poor driver hit the door open button as soon as he saw her sneaking in the door.

Seriously, I just don't understand some parents......saying that to your 4yo?:sad2:

This is the one I always here...we are in the elevator at the Poly and people get in with us and say to one another....Do you want to eat at Ohana tonight? Like they can just decide that right then and there...like there may be space available....

Haha... I know what you mean. I was standing in a huge line for Rose and Garden (had ADR) and everyone had to keep getting turned away because they obviously didn't hear the CM tell the person ahead of them that they are full.

I gave them my name and was good to go, the person behind was denied and she started yelling that the CM had a petty little crush on me and that she wanted to talk to the supervisor about the inappropriate work behavior he had!

I wanted to turn around and yell back her, but the CM said allright, I'll go get my manager for you. The manager was hilarious trying to explain what a reservation was.

I was enjoying the safari ride at the Animal Kingdom one morning and had the seat just behind the driver. As we passed one rather large pond, I heard a little girl a few rows behind me say "Awwww ... that poor bird only has one leg."

The driver covered up his laugh, and I did too, but I smiled the rest of the way. Kids say the darnest things. :rotfl2:

:)

I have a similiar one about Le Cellier. DH and I checked in for our ADR and has to sit down for about 10-15 minutes to wait for our table. As we waited there were numerous families who tried to walk in to eat only to be turned away without an ADR. One gentleman got so mad and accused them of just not wanting any business that day and that's why they would not give anyone who was walking in a table. DH and I just looked at each other and snickered.:rolleyes1

I love the 85 second one though! I'd fall down laughing if I heard someone say that!:rotfl:

Overheard on airplane from Dc to Orlando-
"let's try and get into the Haunted Castle first then hurry over and ride Rolling Thunder".
I know they were going to WDW, just had some new ride names!!

:rotfl: That is great. :rotfl2:

Dad was telling he kids how great PoC is. The big 45 foot drop at the end gets the whole boat wet. Man where those kids angry at the end. To make maters worse it was June and the line for Splash was huge when we went around the corner not much later.
