Funniest moment on the DIS?

What's the funniest moment/story you read/etc on the DIS?

For me, it's the story by JimFitz about the possum in his car. I was laughing for days thinking about it. :rotfl:

I don't remember who posted it, but every Christmas someone lists (in detail) all the kooky gifts her family gets from her MIL. I remember the little girl got some eyeglasses wipes and another kid got some Menudo bedsheets, and I have laughed out loud reading and re-reading those posts!

Looking forward to hearing about this year's treasures! :santa:

Many things that Willy and CharlieNJ would post were hilarius. One that comes to mind was Charlie's trip to WDW during Hurricane Charlie. :rotfl:

My favorite so far was the Canadian guy who was so pissed off at American smokers that he threatened to come down to WDW and fart on them. The funniest part was that he was NOT kidding! :rotfl:

The only thing that comes to mind right now is when Tigger&Belle got a signature tag for saying she can't reach her butt with her mouth. :rotfl2:

That's me SDFgirl, and you won't have to wait much longer for this year's list! We are heading to Michigan this weekend to have Christmas with my husband's family. I should be able to post next week about this year's treasures!

I wasn't exactly mad (more embarrassed)--I just couldn't believe that the TF chose that moment in time to pay attention to me. :rotfl:

I've almost gotten rid of it, but I just can't stop poking fun at my big mouth, so haven't yet.

My #1 story would have to be the swimsuit incident. But so bittersweet knowing what she went through with her family after that. Brings tears to my eyes every time I think of it :sad1:

and reminds me of what my priorities really are.

#2 is the JimFitz story. Very funny!

And of course Rick's stories are very funny. Overall, he's probably my favorite because he's had so many funny stories. I just giggle about him walking his dog outside without his pants on. :rotfl:

I also enjoy Jeafl's gift stories. :teeth:

And there are plenty of other people who make me laugh in their presentation. tevagirl comes to mind--she's so funny in her deadpan way of saying things.

One very funny thread was the time that a poster innocently asked what the word snarky meant and someone posted a website with a not very nice definition (but they hadn't read through all the definitions and didn't realize what they were posting). That link was quickly removed, but that was forever etched in our brains and we still snicker about that particular definition of snarky. :scared:

So many funny times that I can't begin to name them all!!! Sometimes I'll think of a random funny thing that I've read here (doesn't even have to be recently) when I'm driving and just start laughing. I'm a very cheap date and humor is my best medicine. :thumbsup2

I do kiss my dog on top of the head, but not the cat. Sometimes the bird tries to get a little fresh with me and give me a nibble, but I don't nibble back.

The thread about the towel-and-chalk people. I wish I could go back and dig it up because it totally cracked me up that people would think that they could save their place in line for a parade by using first towels and then chalk drawings. :rotfl2:
