Does anyone know if the funnel cakes and/or churros sold at WDW have eggs or peanuts in them? I have heard from WDW that all food (with about 2 exceptions) is fried in canola oil, but don't know if these two yummy treats have eggs or not? Will anyone at the park be able to tell me??
Also, why does WDW only serve Nestle frozen treats when they all are manufactured in a facility that processes nuts? (My poor son will be stuck with frozen strawberry bars every day...)

While I don't know the specifics of the two item that you listed, I know there are lots of snack options in WDW for people with food allergies. I am vegan so I don't eat any eggs or dairy. I know the popcorn is, the soft pretzels, tofutti ice cream, divvies popcorn and cookies (not sure about nuts), and many many more. Look up vegan threads in the Review section and you'll find lots of things that cater to food allergies. WDW is very accomodating of allergies. Hope this helps! :goodvibes

Churros and Funnel Cakes both contain eggs. While it is likely that WDW uses powdered funnel cake mix, it will still contain powdered eggs. Most large-scale foodservice churros are purchased frozen and deep-fried before service; these will also contain eggs.

I think the regular popcorn is a no go, I read somewhere o here it has a possible x-contamination with peanuts. My ds is peanut/tree nut and egg allergic too.
