Funky CRO Call

My fiance was calling CRO to pay-off the rest of her parents trip to our WDW wedding. She got as far as giving the name and ressie # when the CM said she was having "computer problems" and would need to put my bride on hold. 10 minutes and the CM said "i didn't forget about you, but i'll be right back." 20 more minutes and the CM said that she'd take down my fiance's name and phone # and give us a call back. no credit card # was given, so that makes me feal a little better.
this was about 2 hrs ago, and we're still waiting for a call back.
has this happened to anyone else? or should we just call back CRO and pretend like the first call never happened?
in all of my 100 calls to CRO i've never had anything like that happen. it figures that the first time the Mrs. calls, something funky would happen.
 
The Disney systems have been AWFUL the past couple of days. Their systems just go down, or they take forever to bring up your reservation. What happened to you has happened to me in the past couple of weeks. If they haven't called you back by tomorrow, just try again. :)
 
This has happened to me twice, but this was last year. The CM did indeed call back the next day both times.
