Ok you all missed the golden moment..


I was walking up behind GRR with my camera in one hand, my glass of pinot gris in one hand, umm it had been heavy sprinking and so I walked over by the water fall on the bridge were it gets super wet ..and I had my uggs on, and well I tried to charge it pass the wet area so I would not get splashed by the waterfall..and of course knowing me I slipped and fell and skidded on my knees like 1 inch but did not drop my wine or my camera! And of course go figure there was a sign that said “slippery when wet” that I did not see…

Hmm, i don't see the problem with this. The wine survivied.

actaully it was wine in the left hand, camera and PHONE in the right... .. i think that any of you were there you'd be facebooking that !! the wine did survive, however i got rather large bruises on my knees!!!!!

When Tink & I were in Anaheim last we went for a walk to Vons to get Bateman a birthday cake.
My stupid sandal got stuck in the pavement, & I went flying arms out like Superman. I landed on a grassy area thank goodness. Tink stood there laughing at me.....even now she will look at me & say "you fell over" and laughs.
The worst part was a mexican lady saw the whole thing, when we got up to her she was laughing and speaking in spanish, so I couldnt understand her! I gave her the and kept walking

it went like this:

im walking, taking photos, walking ..sipping wine. taking photos, see waterfall try and charge past it, and then one two three DOWN!! and slide on my knees, but all the while still holding on to the wine and my camera an phone!! so no pary foul, the wine did not even loose a drip!

Hmm, the rockwork around the falls in your picture indicates a basalt flow. I'm wondering if such a formation exists in California. Very strange.

Okay Sara, so this isn't definite or positive, but I'm playing w/ the idea of DL in December. Not sure though- I've got my car reg due and WDW right after New Year's, but if I can swing I'm going down for the weekend. So I'll let you know.
