it is our Honeymoon 2 years later. Funds just would not allow for one after the wedding. Long story short. I got relly sick and a lot of the wedding money got used for my hospital bill. I still owe 17k on that damn bill. Never get ill without medical.

I am so sorry to hear about you being sick. I hope all is well now!
We are so lucky here, we have Medicare that is paid from our tax return, so we are covered of we have to go to hospital or the doctors!

I did, thanks though. Southwest was hecka expensive- $400 each way!!! Kayak found a mixing of airlines for Sunday/Monday, DFW was cheaper at $400. But no go!! My dad pointed out that b/w the flight, the ticket, transportation and hotel, it would be a couple of student loan payments so I did the right and grownup thing and decided not to go! I really hate being a grown-up sometimes.

And yes, I am pouting! For a split hour, I was ready to jump on the plane and go. I'll just go next World Series!

Just saw your questions thread post. I looked at Game 4 just b/c the airflights were cheaper than flying tomorrow. Trust me, I'm way to superstitious to think they would sweep. I just thought it would be an unforgettable experience and I've haven't hit Texas Stadium yet on my list. My dad and 2 uncles share season tickets. So they drew numbers and we, more my dad, drew Game 1 and maybe Game 6, not sure about 6 though. Problem with that is that I have to go to this boring conference in Sacramento Tuesday and Wednesday, I can't get on the road until 5, and by the time I get to the park, it'll be almost 6:30-7. As for game 7, I hope it doesn't go that far!! I keep having replays of the '02 series over and over in my head. It's driving me crazy about everyone saying it's done already. I really want to agree with them, but I'm to superstitious to say that, and if the Angels did it...

Oh well! I have a tv, and I can always go to any bar around here.

So did you consider flying out of SJ, Oakland and SF? I'm guessing you check that to if you check the two in Dallas.

Yeah, SFO had cheaper flights the SJ and Oakland. It's just because it's last minute. Oh well!

I was thinking tonight I came across a lot of foods I don't like. Tomatos, Scallops, Octopus, and Pineapple. Four foods I don't like in one day. Am I too picky? Do people like less or more things?

Funny thing about pineapple. I actually like the taste of pineapple, but I can't eat fresh pineapple. I get violently sick. There's an enzyme in it that I'm allergic to. But I can drink canned/box pineapple juice and eat canned pineapple, the pasteurizing (is that spelled right? ack, probably not) process kills that enzyme.

I am so glad it turned out so well....a lot of time & love went into it.

We took turns sewing it, it took ages to do!
