How are you today now that the big meet is over? Still a little nervous, or just calm?

im great. now that the initial meet is over, i am great! it's like we've known each other for years! soo comfortable! and of course it helps that he is such a great guy!!! and i am still pinching myself .. this is a dream i can't believe i landed such a great guy..rflol.

but lunch was fun, we went to chilis..and that is all i can tell you!

yeah i wondered if matt an i *are* the only ones that have met because of the dis!

I know of at least two couples that met through DIS and got married. One couple's wedding was attended by many fellow DIS members, including some who were in the wedding party.

They've been at DL both yesterday and today, that's why no messages. I got another couple of pictures from her cell phone!





Needless to say, I think this has been a very good weekend for the both of them!

Sara and Matt really do make a cute couple, and it's nice to see that sometimes you can meet your soul mate in the most unexpected places. Gives the rest of the single people on the boards hope that they will find their true love one day.

hi everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i got some news, some little news and maybe some big news...

ok, ok soo the ring, i know you all are wondering, thanks kim for posting!! the ring is my KEEPSAKE ring from Matt. NO we did not get engaged,or married in vegas, that was all a joke for shelly's sake as she teased us about having a lime green wedding! sorry shelly we tried to pull that one over you-ur just too smart!

but, the romance of the ring is real, its a cubic zercornia, i don't know how many carats, but its HUGE!!!!!!!!!! and soo pretty, anyhow so my keepsake ring i wore it all weekend!! we even went as far to get the "just married" buttons, matt's idea, well i told him that it be none stop congratz.. and it was..all day.. every cm..but i t still was fun

but wait i got more news! it's official, matt will be coming back to california when after winter, he was talking about next month, but we shall see!

and for the space mountain photo, that ghost galaxy is VERY scary.. and then we walk out and i go to take a photo of our photo and i see that matt was being himself!. that photo is not even funny..

we ate last night at the blue bayou--that was a surprise! we got to ride splash mountain mutiple times on friday night..,. oh and he may kill me for this, but he did say he me! and it turned out to be a GREAT weekend! we had soooo much fun! anyhow i got a ton of photos to share, but i will pick the good ones and post them soon!!

I think you must do a Trip Report. This thread is getting way too long and hard to read Just my 2 cents. Maybe even a his side and her side posts so we can all do the "awwwww's". I didn't know the whole story until I read this thread last week and then checked in today. So exciting for you guys.
