I’ve been wanting to try the Interactive “Pirates Adventure” game at MK. It’s free and you supposedly get a fp if you complete two adventures. But it just looks fun. And it’s free!
You do! My son did it and he was so proud of himself to get us all FPs. They're anytime FP for Pirates of the Caribbean, for your whole party. We really enjoyed it though it got a bit dicey when the park was super crowded.
My kids are little and we are a bit on the budget-y side usually so I like finding free or low-cost things to do, one that was a big hit last time was we did a scavenger hunt for the coin press machines. You can print out lists of coin press machine locations all around each park and the resort areas at mouseforless (
https://www.themouseforless.com/disney-downloads/pocket-guides/pressed-coins-checklists/) and we picked places to go and explore and find all the machines listed. I always balk at the cost of coin press machines but at Disney they feel like a bargain compared with many other souvenirs! I spent $8 buying them penny passport books on
Amazon before we left and they had a blast decorating them with craft supplies, and each pressed penny is 51 cents (they also have pressed nickels, dimes and quarters but we skipped those).
Another must-do for us has been one of the shave ice treats in the Japan pavilion at Epcot - there's a nice shady garden spot right behind it and the shave ices are $5 or $6 for one large enough for all of us so it's a nice break.
Oh, and the campfire sing-a-long at Fort Wilderness! I believe they have them at other hotels too but so far we've done that one, it's free and includes a meet and greet with Chip and Dale and marshmallow roasting, followed by an outdoor movie.
