Fun things to do at night when it's cold outside??

Looks like the cold wave will hit Florida this week just when we plan on being there! I looked at the weather map and they say high of 72 and lows in the 50's at night. So, I'm wondering what fun things I could do at night with a 7 and 4 year old. This is my 15th trip and you'd think I would have some good answers. But every time we go when it's cold at night, it's just not as much fun. We also planned on spending lots of time in the resort pools. Looks like that might not happen either. Any ideas? We were there at Thanksgiving and it was really cold for FL at night. Being from Ohio it wasn't that cold for us, we did Illuminations(hardly a big crowd, got a good spot and it was a breeze getting out) went to MK and rode rides one evening, hardly any waiting. We did have our silk long underwear for everyone.
