yay good update!!! Just curious, did the bus ride to DTD take forver?? The one year we did that, I swear to you it took an hour and we timed it! We stopped at the FW campground and then at TL and then DTD and oh me oh my and it was standing room only going back later that night, it was horrid! Just wondered if you experienced the same thing...
Good idea about BLT, I heard you couldnt even get to the pool area without a room key so that's pretty cool you figured a way to see it!

Hmm, I don't think the bus ride was too long. I think we did stop at FW though and maybe TL too.

haha yeah, even on the bridge you needed a room key so I think we might've been doing stuff we weren't supposed to...maybe you just needed the key to get back into the BLT part.

Sure! All I'll say right now is it is very addicting and a lot of fun. Some of the games are pretty much right out of the ride and there's also a lot of new ones. I'll do a better review later today when I have more time.

It was a fun night at DTD. They had a lot of really neat paintings/artwork there. Such a great store.

YES, it's definitely worth it! My arm is actually a bit sore from playing yesterday.

haha, I hear ya. I'm sure eventually we'll stay there too (I want to stay at all the DVC resorts) but like I said it's just not my first choice of resorts. It did look really neat though.

Wow, that view from BLT is awesome!

Very cool if you're staying there...but if you're not, that thing kinda breaks the magic IMO b/c you can see it from many places inside MK where it takes away from the theming (like near the teacups for example.) But I'll bet it is really fantastic if you're staying at BLT...Wishes every night!

Hopefully you can get over to DTD. Tren-D was a neat store. Very different from anything else in WDW.

Ditto!!! I serisouly want to stay at every single Mod and Deluxe! I am excited for this trip as it's part of our task to go to every Resort and decide which ones we want for our wedding party and Honeymoon.

As a Cleveland Indians fan, I totally agree about the baseball pins for the "big" teams!! At least they had a Brewers shirt in the team shop! Those are awesome pics from BLT. What a cool view of MK. I agree with you though about the theme, or lack thereof. It looks like any other nice, modern, hotel out there. If you are in Disney part of the fun is fantasy/make believe and staying at a resort that takes you somewhere fun!

I'm with you guys on this! Even the team store for my local baseball team (Tampa Bay Rays) sells Red Sox jerseys...and they're our biggest rival!

OK, glad we're not the only ones who feel that way! That's exactly what I think about the Contemporary...it isn't any different from any other hotel. Except for maybe the monorail running through it!

Ugh, that's how it is here too...the stores at Miller Park (or really anywhere for that matter) always have Cubs stuff. I guess though they have to since tons of Cubs fans always come up here.
