Hi Charlotte,

This is some information I was given about this pass by an online ticket agent called Paramount International Travel, which is used by quite a few DISers for buying discounted park passes. They sell the pass and sent me this in reply to an Email asking about it.

You won't see the pass listed on the site, but they definitely do sell it. Most people deal with a lady called Rosa, if you want to Email or call.

I hope this helps. :D

Thank very much for the info. does anyone know how long the tickets take to come from Rosa? Thanks again.

When we bought them last year, it took about 10 days or so for them to come. We're going to buy them again for next summer, they are definitely the best value tickets if you are going for longer than two weeks.

We bought them several months ago for our Dec. trip. They took 4 days to get here. There were no problems. I phoned Rosa at Paramount travel, gave her our info. She e-mailed me a form with our info on. We printed a copy of the e-mail form signed it to confirm everthing was right and giving authorization for them to charge the tickets to our CC. We then FAXed back the form to them. It all went very smoothly.

Thanks Beejayjay,Matty and Catherine

we will definitly go for these tickets as we will be in Disney for 16 days and they will work out to be very ecconomical. I have got a quote from Rosa so its all systems go.

I've NEVER heard of this ticket...it really sounds ideal for us as we're going for (almost) 3 weeks. I'm a born pessamist so I have to ask...What's the catch?!!!

I presume the price listed above is for the adult tickets - do you have any idea how much a child's ticket would cost? Also, does the price above include tax, or not!

Thanks for any help!

Jadie,

The price quoted by Paramount for the child's ticket (age 3-9) is $251. As far as I am aware the prcies quoted by Paramount include taxes.

jadie I don't know when you are going, but FYI, as far as I know FITS tickets expire in May 2004

This is a very good point as we are not going until December next year and we only were going to buy them now while the exchange rate is good. Ive emailed Rosa and am awaiting her reply. Ill let everyone know when it comes.

I just have heard from Rosa and the tickets do expire on 31st May 2004. Well we just have to wait and hope the price and the exchange rate does not change too much.

Ahhhh, THAT'S the catch.....:(

We're not going until November so they'll be no good to me then!!! Thanks for the help, guys - it looks like it's back to the 7 day pass for us.......:(

I could be wrong, but I think they've done this before. It's quite possible they will start to sell tickets at some time in the future which expire 31st May 2005! At least I hope so.

We bought these last year and they are great value, and you get a free character brekkie.

I've asked for a quote for next August, and yes the current offering expires in May 2004. However, when I was planning last years trip, the same thing happened.

I waited until around January and they then started offering the same tickets with an expiry of May 2004 rather than May 2003.

Am I making sense?

Rosa seems confident that this will happen again, and come January we should be able to buy FITS that expire May 2005.

Phew, I think I almost confused myself there.

Craig
