Fun game to play?

Hi,

We will be 14 at our reception dinner and DF and I were thinking it might be nice to play a little fun game during dinner, nothing too hokey. Someting to learn a little more about each other would be good, or make us laugh a little. We will range in age from 6 t0 70.

Anyone have any suggestions?

We chose not to do dancing during the reception. Instead we set everyone loose on Castaway Cay in teams with cameras. Everyone received envelopes a la Amazing Race, and inside was a photo hunt to complete. There were categories like "Someone really enjoying a piece of cake" and "The bridal bouquet in an unusual perspective or location". Our guests had a ball with it. The absolute best part was everyone trying to explain their photos afterward. It became a highlight of the whole trip. Everything is documented in my TR here, and here HTH

Maybe something like the newlywed game? That would work if the group is mostly couples. "survey" the guests and play a mini game with a prize for the couple who knows the most about their partner. You could do 3 questions or so to make it short. You can theme it around their wedding days or something like that.

I had planned a resort photo scavenger hunt but with a resort upgrade/switch I have to do some tweaking on that . I also plan on doing sort of a twenty question/bingo type game where guests have to find out someone whose favorite color is blue, someone wearing white shoes, someone whose birthday is in November etc... you get the idea. good luck

How about the family feud??? Poll all of your guests ahead of time and then break them down into teams by table.
Or you can go with just the answers that you and DH give and have the tables guess???
