I just got off the phone with someone from customer service at Universal/IOA. I told them I had a fun card that says 10% off and I wanted to know if I could purchase tickets online and get the 10% off. She said that I should go ahead and purchase them online and get the $4.00 off because when I get to the gate, that is what I'll get too.($4.00 off). Not the 10% off like the card says. She said because I have an old Fun Card, that they have changed and it's only $4.00 off the card now and not 10% off. bummer!!!!!
