Fun Card question

We've previously purchased the Fun Card, but I noticed when researching it this year that it's listed only under Florida residents. Can anyone still purchase the Fun Card, or have they limited it?

I am pretty sure it is for Florida Residents. When I purchased mine a few months ago I bought it at one of the machines. You had to input your address so I would assume it would know if you are a FL. resident.
