Fun Autograph book

I just pre-ordered the "Disney Junior Encyclopedia of Animated Characters: Including Characters from Your Favorite Disney Pixar Films". It isn't available until July 21st. We will have the characters sign next to themselves in the book when we go in September. Obviously Mary Poppins won't be in there (not animated) but I thought this was a fun idea for an Autograph book that wouldn't just get lost or trashed after the trip. It is a paperback book and only $10 at B&N!! I got one for each of my girls! I'm so excited!!!

I did something similar-- I have a Disney Picture Dictionary and used that on our last trip. There were a lot of obscure characters in it and multiple images of many of them so we could have them sign even if we've already met them at another location. This is a hardcover book, but not too bad to tote around.

I went through it ahead of time and used post-it flags to mark pages. Any characters not in the book could sign the inside covers.

A lot of the characters liked it! Many of them asked to make sure they could sign on their picture too!

We used a book like this too. It was great although we all hated the extra weight. The characters loved signing it and we did the same thing with having those not in the book sign inside the covers. I brought along several different color sharpie markers which worked very well. It is a special keepsake and fun to read about the characters when looking at the signature.

This is a great idea! We have to carry a bag anyone with the little ones so I can just throw it in there when we're not using it! Thanks!

Too bad it comes out just after our trip. I guess I'll just have to book another trip next year.
