Fulton's Vow Renewal/Small Wedding Experiences?

Hi.

I was blessed to have married my best friend. This past summer, he got on one knee in front of the castle, gave me a new ring & asked me to marry him all over again. This was a big deal to me as I had never had a formal proposal. We kind of just knew we would get married back then. So it meant a great deal to me.

Next year my husband & I will be celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. (wow, that went fast!) I just started looking at having a vow renewal at Disney. My concern is budget. It will be just hubby, myself, & 3 teens so something small to celebrate. I was looking at Fulton's since it is less expensive than a Memories package through Disney or the Swan.

Can anyone share their experience with their small wedding or vow renewal at Fulton's? I have gone to their site but would love to see some feedback from folks who have done this. I was a bit confused at the pricing & room for such a small party. Also we are looking at July and concerned about how hot it would be to have this on the deck of the "boat". Any help or suggestions would be appreciated on Fulton's on any other idea you may have.

We looked into Fulton's also. They told us that it was $400 for the venue fee plus $1000 minimum for food. It was still cheaper than the Memories package but there is only 4 of us and we didn't think we could make the minimums for the food. After thinking about maybe asking some friends who live in the area and some extended family that live a couple hours away, we found out that they are closed for renovations during the time we will be there.
