Fulton's DVC discount question

I see that for lunch at Fulton's DVC has a 30% discount. I know they used to have crab legs on their lunch menu, but the menus I have seen for Fultons now do not have crab legs on lunch menu. They just have a comment about many dinner item being available on request during lunch. I am wondering a couple things:
1. Can you get crab legs during lunch?
2. If so, does the 30% discount still apply if it is normally a dinner menu item and you are eating during lunch?

If anyone knows the answers to these questions, I would appreciate knowing the answers before we go. We are leaving in a week ... can't wait to relax at OKW!!!

Good question and I do not know the answer. We have used the 30% DVC discount but ordered from the lunch menu provided. The menu does change frequently and I have seen crab on the lunch menu in the past but have not ordered it.

I would ask at the desk before being seated if having something from the dinner menu with the discount is critical.

The lobster bisque is delicious though!

We just got back a few weeks ago and we ate at Fultons twice. Yes, for lunch they had some kind of "cold" crab legs and shrimp combo that you could get for lunch. We didn't order it, but I saw it on the menu. Their lunch prices ran from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. if I remember correctly. The food was great. We got the fried combo platter of shrimp, scallops, and fish. The portion was huge. Their fish was great. I don't know what kind of batter it was, but it was delicious.

When we go back in May, we plan on eating at Fultons again.

By the way, the 30 percent discount is for lunch. There's only a 10 percent discount for dinner.

We too ate from the lunch menu, just yesterday, and as we were leaving we passed 2 other tables that had DVC membership cards on them! That's a popular discount for lunch! I guess you have to ask Fultons to see what discount you'd get.

Is there a link to this information? I must have missed reading it. We have been thinking about adding Fulton's to our meal itinerary as well. That 30% lunch discount is very enticing. What I'd like to know is can you use the DVC discount for everyone in the party or does each person have to be a member to receive the discount?

One discount per check but not everyone has to be a member, you can use it for multiple people. Off hand I'm thinking it's up to 10 for DVC but only 4 for the AP. I can't say about the crablegs, been a while since we've eaten there. The recent thread was started by me simply because I'd always wondered if the 30% was a typo and it appears not to be but could change at any time. I plan to check it out in May.

It's not a typo because there was a specific write up about the new discount in the most recent DVC mag. We're hoping they'll still be offering this discount when we go in August since the food is so good there.-Hopefully this discount doesn't mean that they plan on having a lesser menu during lunch, but I can't imagine them changing it too much since DVC members have got to be a very small % of the customers they see.

We have spent a great deal of meals at Fulton's and IMHO something is slipping there.

In regards to lunch at Fultons, it is a total waste of time and money IMHO. The menu is light at best

Yes Doc, you do have to request crab at lunch if you want it and it is not the same as dinner.

Maybe we have just got used to the taste and getting bored with but I do remember some grand meals that we have enjoyed there in the past.
