My partner and I had service problems at this restaurant back in October. The manager ended up calling us at home trying to convince us to try this place again. We agreed to try it again the next time we were in Orlando. We called the manager and made reservations for 1pm. When we arrived we were taken directly to our table. It had a nice view of the waterways and the new Disney Resort. (forget the name) The Chef came out and met with us. He was extremely nice. Our waiter David was fantastic. He was always there to refill on drinks and bring us whatever we needed. The food was out of ths world. We dined on clam soverion, fried portobella mushrooms, clam chowder, and we both had the fried fishermans platters. After eating all this we couldn't even think of trying desert. We have both changed our minds about this restaurant and would definately recommend it to everyone. The manager "Chris" was very professional and extremely helpful.

Glad that you had a better experience.

Was also ate there in October for Lunch and Dinner and had a fantastic time for both.

We definitely had service issues there in January, but didn't mind waiting 1 1/2 hours for our delectable Dungeness Crab Claws and Australian Lobster Tails while chatting in the moonlight on their boat. The meal was free due to the timing issues :D The waitress was an extreme pleasure and absolutely professional as well as the Manager on Duty that night. This did not hamper our opinions of the place at all. I would just hope that we wouldn't be forgotten on our next visit. I'm in the hospitality business and this stuff just happens.... We weren't in a hurry and I was happy to spend the $140 on souveniers that our bill actually came out to

I wish I had talked to the manager. We had a poor experience there in December. Long wait for even the bread. Out of many items and not told about it until well after we had ordered. It goes on but it's good to hear they took care of it for you. That says a lot about the manager.

I was looking at the menu on allears and it states it is from 2002. Has the menu changed since then? We have ressies for our trip and I am aware that it is $$$$ but from the reviews it appears that only 2 entrees were ordered and the bill was 140 bucks. Pammy1027 help us out here :) I just want to be prepared;) We are a party of 5 DH myself and 3 children and looking at the menu I figured around 150 for all of us? Let me know if I'm dreaming :p

Well, we just happened to choose that night to go "all out" and ordered $44pp entrees (crab claws and lobster tails) as well as appeteisers, salads, and dessert. Don't worry- you don't have to spend that much $$$ there, but it definitely isn't a moderately priced place either. They have a very wide selection of seafood, steaks, and even chicken that will run you about $20-$25pp adults. I'm sure they also have a kid's menu, too. BTW- the margaritas are really yummy there :D

we can easily feed our 4 for under 100. I think last time was about 75 for all 4 of us. 3 adult entrees and 1 kids meal. We've had good food and service there during all 3 times we've dined there. It is a msut do in our book.

We've eaten at Fulton's several times and always enjoyed it.
