I 'm wondering if it will be difficult also. I saw the same thing about calling directly and booking 30 days out. Wolfgang Puck's upstairs is the same way. These are 2 restaraunts that we definitely want to do. Wolfgang's I'll call for at 30 days, but we are unsure as to when we want to eat at Fulton's. I hope it won't be hard to get a ps once we are there.

It is 30 days and you must call Fulton's directly.

I believe all of the DTD restaurants are run independently, and therefore have varying policies on reservations.

If you call right at 30 days for Fulton's, I doubt you'd have a problem. Still, if that's a concern, it wouldn't hurt to make a PS at another restaurant that books prior to 30 days. You can always cancel later.

Fultons is worth it. Call and make the PS. Yes, you must call them directly, but WDW Dining will give you the number. We have made PS at 30 days, and even while on property (although we ate an early dinner and sat outside next to the lake - which we would do again in a heartbeat!)
WE ATE AT FULTON'S TWICE ON OUR TRIP IN DEC. THE FIRST TIME WE MADE PS ABOUT TWO WEEKS EARLY, THEN WHEN WE WERE LEAVING WE MADE PS FOR A COUPLE NIGHTS LATER. BOTH NIGHTS WE WALKED RIGHT IN WITH NO WAIT. IT IS A REALLY GOOD RESTARAUNT, SO I KNOW SOMETIMES THEY GET REALLY BUSY SO I WOULD MAKE PS AS SOON AS YOU DECIDE WHEN YOU WANT TO GO . I THINK YOU WILL ENJOY IT
