Full sized crib in Pop Century room

Can a full sized rolling crib fit in a Pop Century refurbished room with both beds down? My son is almost 3 and is too big for a pack and play, but he crawls/rolls around the bed a lot at night and falls out sometimes when sleeping in an adult bed. I would feel better with him in a crib. Alternatively, would we be able to install bed rails completely around a bed? How hard are the Disney ones to install? The ones we have at home are difficult to install, and the process usually gives my husband back pain because you have to lift the mattress. Thanks!

the rails slip under the mattress but are easy for child moving around to push them out
