FTP luggage tags-when do you receive?

I booked my FTP last weekend and received my confirmation in the mail yesterday. I thought that I had read previously that they send your luggage tags with the confirmation. When has other people received their tags? Thanks!

I believe you receive them when you pay in full.

I paid in full when I made my reservation. I put the whole balance on my credit card. Hope they didn't run out of tags!

Our trip starts July 18. We booked our trip May 23 and recieved our luggage tags with our guest itinerary around June 5.

I thought I read somewhere that Disney mails them out 30 days before arrival. I too have not received mine yet & I am September also.

We are traveling with friends, and we both booked on the same day and we both recieved our confirmation and luggage tags 30 days before our arrival date.

I guess I should have put in my original post that my arrival date is July 28, so that is only 3 weeks away. Thought for sure they would have been with the confirmation.

Who did you book the FTP through?

I booked through Expedia, and they told me that I wouldn't be receiving anything in the mail, that all of my information was on my itinerary.

Are the luggage tags just if you booked it through the disney site???

We booked our FTP through Disney Travel.........maybe you're right---- I'm sure that the enevelope they came in said Disney Travel on it. You might not get those through Expedia.

We booked our FTP through Disney Travel Co. also. Maybe this is why we recieved the luggage tags so quickly.

I also booked mine through the Disney travel company, but alas, no tags yet.

We booked several months ago but finished paying for the package 22 days out (Disney Club so it needed to be in 21 days before). We received the luggage tags about a week after they received the final payment.

Leaving this Sunday!!!!!!

we're going the end of august and have paid in full as well and still haven't recieved luggage tags (just the confirmation paperwork).

I called when I heard about the tags a couple of weeks ago and the CM told me that once final payment was applied, then they would send them out. I paid Saturday so hopefully they will show up in the next few days. If you have been paid in full for awhile, I would call and inquire about them. It could be that with the popularity of the FTP, they are running behind.

I actually just called today because I had not received confirmation of my final payment. I was told that the confirmation, hotel info., ticket vouchers, and luggage tags would all be sent 30 days prior to check-in.
