Anyone have recent experience with mask enforcement snd compliance around the campsites and common areas? Genuinely looking for reports, not debate

What are folks’ recent experiences with mask enforcement and compliance around yhe campsites and common areas?

Here now. There are “mask police” (cast members in golf carts) at the intersections on the main road. They seem to leave at dark. They are definitely telling people to pull their mask up and I saw them hand one out to someone who apparently didn’t have one.
There is much less compliance within the loop. Some people wear theirs to the comfort station and on the road but some don’t. Saw lots of children on scooters over the weekend without masks.

Mask police are out at the settlement and beach, especially during the electric water pageant. The also set up at the corners of big pine to enforce masks on golf carts. i have been out early in the morning running so I see less people. Generally in the loops the compliance is less. dh has been out more at lunch time and is wearing his mask.

I would say mask compliance is pretty good. Not 100% but not 50% either, much better than that. They do have the mask police out.

now the reason I run early is the mask. It’s like the tree falling in the woods question. If no one can see me do they know my mask is on my chin. I do pull it up when I come across people but at 7 am, there are few I am seeing.

Just got back and generally everyone was wearing their masks. As others have said, they were setup and the intersections and we "policing". I saw some people in their golf carts that were not wearing their masks and some that were wearing them as chin protection, but most were.

And I've seen a friend's video where lots of people on the sidewalks aren't wearing a mask. Guess it's the luck of the draw whether you get caught or not. At least pull it up and wear properly if you approach other people.

I didn't wear mine when there was no one around. It doesn't seem to make sense to wear a mask outside when you are only with your spouse. When we were in the golf cart, I would typically have it pulled down so I could breathe until we saw someone else.

just got back from a week at Fort. i was happy with the setup regarding masks. i found my fellow campers took it seriously enough, rarely saw anyone breaking rules at the resort.

virus-wise this resort is arguably as good as it gets, you're outside and have your own little house at night (or campsite). very social distance friendly.
