Is SSR "officially" sold out?

Currently, Disney has an active project call the East Parcel Development Project that involves the Fort Wilderness area. Over the past few months, Disney has filed for, and received, permits from the South Florida Water Management District to relocate the Stables and a dining pavilion and ancillary buildings from one part of FTW to another.

I have not noticed anything lately that would indicate that Disney is developing a resort at the old River Country site.

Thanks for the update. Still have fingers crossed for Ft W. DVC, but not so sure I like the idea of increased traffic out on Vista Blvd if they put this in as well as the 450 housing units and the new hotel out there. It's such a peaceful road right now.

I will be taking a walk by in July to see if there are any new stakes or activity. I really do not expect to see them do anything overt until BLT is sold out.
