FT package online - confirmation in mail?

I booked the fairytale package online on May 8th. I got a confirmation # at that time and printed it out. I called WDTC to verify that they got the reservation and they had it. Will I also get a copy in the mail - my payment is due soon and I wondered if they would send me this or if I should just call and put it on a credit card.

I can't remember when I made the reservations. I made them online and put down payment with credit card. Everything is correct on the invoice. They included the balance and when it is due. I believe I made the reservations shortly after it was available to the public. You can also check your reservations online. I did this a couple of days ago and everything came up as it was supposed to be. Good luck.

Still no confirmation. I called today and they said that they do not send confirmations if it was booked on the internet. I asked how I was supposed to make my final payment and she said either call them or log into the internet site. This doesn't seem to make sense to me. I guess I shouldn't be concerned - I did verify the reservation. Right????

I booked over the phone and I never got a confirmation in the mail. I got the "welcome" pack, but nothing with my package info, conf. number, etc. on it.

what is the welcome pack? I booked on-line and only received the e-mail confirmation.

It was just a little envelope with a place to put PS numbers, and a few suggestions on what attractions to visit in the parks. Nothing special!
