Hyatt House. Free airport shuttle. Shuttle to cruise terminal is $15 pp. Restaurants and stores within walking distance of hotel. Free breakfast. Checked all the boxes for us.

Look up hotels at Dania Pointe it’s a great shopping dining area close to the airport and port.

Thank you!! Is that area fairly walkable? I will have my 4 year old with me so other than the shuttles we are taking I won’t have a car/car seat probably.

Yes very walkable there’s restaurants, bowling movie theater grocery store it’s got it all and only a few miles from the port and airport. There’s a new Marriott hotel there but also a few others I don’t know the names of. https://www.daniapointe.com/

We stayed at the AC Marriott at Dania Point (we had a free night award so I can’t speak to prices) but free airport shuttle and a 2 min walk to Dania Point shopping center. Lots of restaurants, shops, outdoor spaces with live music. We cruised out of Miami but I’m assuming quick/easy Uber/Lyft or shuttle from the hotel to Fort Lauderdale port
