Disney technology is incredibly frustrating. I have a trip book for November and lately when I log in, I can not see my balance due and can not modify online. I don't have the option to make payments online. I used to have these options. I've changed our dates once and changed the resort twice. I just modified it January 12. Now it says I have to call to make payments or to change or cancel. I suppose this is fine. But if/when discounts come out for November, they will probably be available to book before the phone lines open. I can always book a new reservation and then cancel the first. I really don't want to call Disney I/T and see if they can fix it. I'm always afraid they'll just make the problem worse.
