Frustrated with DMR

I guess I can understand the only-get-to-use-one-purchase-of-a-movie gig, though there seem to be codes they tell me I've used w/out having more than one copy of the movie

The frustration comes in when I've bought a new movie, then it tells me to select the correct title, but then won't let me submit...soooooo no points. What am I doing wrong? FWIW, the newest problem is the new Mickey Clubhouse Choo-Choo movie....

I've never had to select a title when entering points. I just type in the code and hit enter and they add to my account.

Maybe your trying to enter it under the movies, as in movies you've seen in the theater rather than a DVD purchase. Just a thought. Good luck!

As the other posters mentioned, you shouldn't be selecting the name of the movie.

I finally got it to take the code tonight....doing exactly what I did the last couple of days...go figure!
