Hi- Need some help- I have searching and searching for a reasonable solution for 11 people- 3 use boosters and 1 is 2 years old.-

Route is: Pop-Port-MCO

A few years back minus the baby and a few less passengers- we rented from happy limo and it was great. My issue now is that we are 11 people and I am not sure if they require car seats for all of the kids as last time the 1 child was 3 and did not require one. It is just very difficult to figure out what is the best option. The disney transportation will not be cheaper--- so undecided-

Also- A lot of the other websites beside happy limo don't show more that 10 passengers!!:confused3

Plus luggage? How many/what kinds of bags?

I would call Happy Limo directly and ask them if they have a 14 passenger van. If they do, they may be able to hitch a small trailer on the back for all the bags. This board's sponsor FLTours lists Ford vans that can be configured for 10-14 passengers, depending on the amount of baggage. THis might run $340 for the passengers and another $50 for the tow hitch.

Or you can ask if they can discount getting a van plus a towncar if you don't mind splitting up. That should run about $260 x 2 = $520

Another suggestion is to just take DME back to MCO and transfer to the DCL motor coaches. It will be a bit more expensive ($70/pp rt) but it's a very comfortable ride. They will also take care of the luggage when you get to Port Canaveral.

HTH, Steve

If you were happy with Happy Limo last time, why not rent from them again? They have a 14 passenger van with a luggage trailer for $400 r/t to and from MCO. Would probably be a little more for the WDW pickup.

Happy Limo does have 10 and 14 pax vans and they even have a luggage trailer that can be added. I use it all the time for clients. From MCO to port it works out cheaper than Disney transport.
